Our mix on-site trucks can produce concrete as fast as a cubic yard per minute.  We can produce just about any strength concrete and/or any additive your job would require. 3000 psi to 6000 psi, Grout, Flowable Fill, Fiber Color, Xypex, Plasticizer, Accelerators, Shotcrete, Line Pump mix, Pump mix, Pea Gravel mix, River Rock, Pervious, Rapid Set, Low-Density Cellular Grout etc. Our trucks can produce 7 to 9 cubic yards per load depending on the mix type.   You only pay for what you use rounded to the nearest half yard so there is virtually no waste. There are also no hot loads because the concrete is fresh every time we pull the handle to batch the concrete.    We give every job one hour to pour out each truck ordered. Still have questions? How many yards can you produce? 

-Our trucks can produce up to 9 yards depending on the mix used.   

How fast can you make the concrete? 

-We can produce as fast as a yard a minute. 

How long do I have to pour out? - You get 1 hour per truck. After the hour we charge $35 per 15 minutes or $140/hr  

Do you charge short load fees? -YES, anything under 6 yds is considered a short load. Please call for pricing. 

What other fees are there?
-Saturday Fee - because all the drivers are on overtime by Saturday. -Out of Area fee  - if the job is more than 25 miles from our loading facility -After Hours fee  - If the pour is out of our normal operating hours
-Sunday fee - Drivers need a day to reset DOT HOS so if they work Sunday they must take the day off on Monday

What if I cancel my job?
-All cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the truck leaves the yard to go to the job or a cancellation fee will be charged.
-Saturday cancellations will automatically incur a cancellation fee


Is the truck heavy? Will it crack my driveway?
-The trucks are heavy and weigh just as much as a loaded ready-mix truck.  They can crack your existing concrete or trench your yard or damage buried lines or septic tanks.  The owner of the job is responsible for marking all hazards and understand that we are not responsible for damage from delivery.


How far will the truck reach?
- The truck chute will reach around 18-20 ft. The highest we can reach is about 3 to 4 ft.


I can mix it cheaper myself by hand!?
-By all means, knock yourself out!  Concrete weighs roughly 3900 pounds per yard.  Let's use a 1-yard example: The big box stores sell bag mix for around $150 to $200 per yard depending on how many bags you buy. Then you'll need to load that 2 tons in your.... trunk @ 10 trips or truck @ 2 trips minimum or Store delivery @ $75...then move it around the job by hand.  I'm tired already.  Then you can rent the mixer and start mixing and mixing and mixing.  One person can probably mix and finish one yard in about 8 hours give or take a few hours. Hard work makes you a better person, right! My guess is it will be the last time you ever try to "save" about $100 on concrete. Good Luck!
